1) Other than referencing school policy in a class syllabus, I have not yet had to refer to our policies regarding student behavior, conflict, etc. I have, however, discussed with other teachers to seek out what the common practice is for certain behaviors.
2) I have reviewed our school policies about bullying and harassment so feel fairly aware of what is addressed. I appreciate that “indirect” forms of bullying are included, and that we appear to include enumerated policies, as indicated in the training.
3) Nothing right now. I may very well be overlooking something.
